Feature · Completion & proof
Done means really done
Some things you can just tick off. For others you want to know all five items were done – or see a photo. collabDoo lets you define per task what counts as proof.
Completion types
From a tick to the four-eyes principle
Simple tick
For everything that needs no checking. One tap – in the widget or via Siri, too.
Required checklist
Clean the bathroom: sink, mirror, toilet, shower, floor. Only when all required items are ticked is the task done.
Photo as proof
The tidy room, the clean hutch. Photos are saved without location data and only deleted by admins.
Name confirmation / signature
A simple digital signature when it needs to be binding – bar duty at the club, for example.
Reading
Meter reading, pool pH, tyre pressure – a value stored with the completion and readable in the history.
Four-eyes principle
A second person confirms the completion. Points come only afterwards; if returned with a note, the task is reopened.
History
Traceable, permanent, immutable
Every completion documents which task was done, who was originally responsible, who actually did it, when, whether on time, which checklist items, which photos and comments, who confirmed and what points were awarded.
- Filterable by person and object
- Comments on the task – “the vacuum bag is full”
- Changes to the template never touch the history
Points
Points only after confirmation
For tasks with four-eyes review, points are only credited once the second person has confirmed. If a completion is reopened, collabDoo cleanly reverses the points. That keeps the score honest – see points, goals & rewards.
